SHIPPING POLICY

At Muscle Up, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are shipped, delivered and handled.
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Muscle Up currently ships to addresses within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will be displayed during checkout.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be longer.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product dimensions
- Product weight
- Shipping method selected
Shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. LARGE AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Many gym equipment products are bulky or heavy and may require specialised freight services. This may include:
- Power racks
- Functional trainers
- Weight benches
- Barbells
- Weight plates
- Cable machines
- Cardio equipment
Additional freight charges may apply to certain locations and products. If this occurs, we will contact you before dispatching your order.
5. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery timeframes are:

6. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- The shipping address is accurate
- Delivery access is suitable for large items
- Contact details are correct
- Someone is available to receive the order if required
Failed delivery attempts may result in additional delivery charges.
7. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If you provide authority for a courier to leave your order unattended, Muscle Up is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
8. ORDER TRACKING
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after dispatch.
9. DELIVERY DELAYS
While we work with reputable freight and courier partners, delivery delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Muscle Up is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
10. DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
We will assess the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution where required under Australian Consumer Law.
11. MISSING OR LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and provide updates.
12. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. Muscle Up is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
13. OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership of products passes to the customer once full payment has been received. Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.
