At Muscle Up, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with durable, reliable gym equipment. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage provided on products purchased through our website.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
All Muscle Up products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.  Warranty periods vary depending on the product and is specified below.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

WHAT IS COVERED
This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials.
• Faults resulting from workmanship during production.
• Structural failures occurring during normal intended use.
• Defective components supplied with the product.

If a product is found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, Muscle Up may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product.
• Replace the defective part or product.
• Provide a store credit.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, fading, rust, or minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper storage.
• Incorrect assembly, installation, maintenance, or operation.
• Commercial, institutional, or high-use environments where the product is intended for residential use only.
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons.
• Damage caused by environmental factors, including exposure to moisture, salt air, extreme weather, or direct sunlight.
• Consumable items that naturally wear through regular use, including but not limited to cables, grips, coatings, upholstery, bearings, and rubber components.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
To make a warranty claim, please contact Muscle Up with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Clear photographs or videos showing the fault.
• Any additional information requested by our support team.

Claims should be submitted as soon as the fault is discovered.  Muscle Up reserves the right to inspect, test, or request the return of the product before approving a warranty claim.

WARRANTY ASSESSMENT
Once a warranty claim has been received, our team will assess the issue and determine whether it is covered under this policy.

If the claim is approved, Muscle Up will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement parts, replacement of the product, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Where replacement parts are supplied, customers may be required to install the parts themselves or arrange installation at their own expense unless otherwise agreed.

SHIPPING COSTS
For approved warranty claims, Muscle Up may, at its discretion, cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement process.  For claims that are found not to be covered under warranty, customers may be responsible for all associated freight, inspection, and return shipping costs.
