REFUND POLICY

At Muscle Up, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, replacements and exchanges.
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order. At our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange for unused products that:
- Are returned within 14 days of delivery
- Remain unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and accessories
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase
Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
2. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
You may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Arrives damaged
- Is significantly different from its description
- Does not perform as reasonably expected
- Is incorrectly supplied
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs showing the fault, damage or incorrect item
We may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a remedy.
3. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
This policy operates in addition to any rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, Muscle Up will provide remedies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable legislation.
4. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be safely packaged for transport
- Include all supplied parts and accessories
- Include proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements where permitted by law.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged through misuse
- Products modified after delivery
- Products damaged due to incorrect assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
6. RETURN SHIPPING
Where a return is approved due to a fault, damage, or our error, Muscle Up will arrange return shipping or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. For change of mind returns approved at our discretion, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
